Prepare Amazon account

1.If you don’t have an Amazon account, please register one on Amazon’s official website.

Complete product networking configuration in the Stellar Wi-Fi

Complete the devices’s networking configuration according to the prompts in the App.

In the App, change the name of the device to an easily identifiable name such as Alexa; names are usually in English, such as “bed light”.

1.Open the app “Stellar Wi-Fi”, tap Mine on the bottom menu bar, select Third-party access。

2.Select Amazon Alexa。

3.Tap Confirm to bind。

4.Input your Amazon account and then tap “Log in”.

5.Open the app Amazon Alexa, tap the bottom-right More tab and then select Skills & Games。

6.Tap the search-button on the top-right corner, input stellar wifi to search it; and then access to the interface “Skills”.

7.Tap ENABLE TO USE。

If you see “You are not eligible to enable this skill due to restrictions.”, please go to Manage Your Content and Devices in Amazon Account Management to modify your Country/Region Settings (for example, the United States)

8.Input your Amazon account on the pop-up web page and then log in.

NOTE: The Amazon account must be identical with the one used in the app “Stellar Wi-Fi”.

9.Tap Done on the top-left corner, after the Amazon account is successfully authorized and logged in.

10.Select DISCOVER DEVICES on the pop-up web page。

11.Thereafter you can find and voice-control your device on the interface Devices.

Control your smart device with Alexa

Now you can control your smart device with Alexa. The supported commands include:

  • Power Control
    • Alexa, turn on the vacuum.
    • Alexa, turn off the lights.
  • Brightness Control
    • Alexa, dim the bathroom light.
    • Alexa, set the bedroom light to fifty percent.
  • Color Control
    • Alexa, set the front porch light to blue.
    • Alexa, set the bedroom light to red.
    • Alexa, change the kitchen to the color blue.
  • Color Temperature Control
    • Alexa, make the living room lights warmer.
    • Alexa, set the dining room lights cooler.
    • Alexa, set the dining room softer.
    • Alexa, make the living room light whiter.
    • Alexa, make the living room light warm white.
    • Alexa, set the kitchen to daylight.
